Community Impact

BWCDC is a proud partner of the Whittier Corridor Enhancement Plan. The development will include a two-block development of residential and commercial space on Detroit's upper eastside located in the Yorkshire Woods Community. The space will be the hub for Art & Tech in the Detroit community.

BWCDC  looks to partner with major donors and organizations  to assist in entrepreneurship, business development, job employment and skill trades.

BWCDC works with community partners in organizing community patrol groups that help to maintain a safe and friendly living and work place for residents and business owners to flourish.
